PayUbiz Consolidated Dashboard

A lot of our merchants operate under two or more merchant IDs. Currently, for each merchant ID businesses have to open different dashboards to look at the data which, definitely, is not a hassle-free approach. The best is to provide a consolidated view of data for all merchant IDs under a super merchant so that businesses could take better business decisions. We are excited to announce that our consolidated Dashboard will make it easy for you to take better business decisions as it provides a single view to look at the data for all your merchant IDs. Currently the view supports “Overview Tab”, “Transaction Tab”, and “Billing Tab”.

Overview tab

In the screenshot, the section in red is where you can see all Merchant IDs for a particular business. The merchant IDs can be selected from “Select Accounts” button. You can see a single consolidated view of data for combined GMV, successful transaction, Success rate, payment methods used and their respective success rates. In the example, there are two merchant IDs in the format (Merchant ID – Name) (2-SMSPLUS, 106396 – SDKTEST)


Transaction Tab

Just like “Overview Tab”, a consolidated view of “Transaction Tab” is available in the new dashboard. Merchants can select a merchant ID and can see the transaction level data.


Moreover, as per the requirement or for simplification, one can use “Customize Columns” control to choose columns to be displayed.


Billings Tab

Again, by default the tab shows the data for the parent merchant, but more merchants can be selected from the “Select Accounts”. It is easier to visualize settlement data as there is a column for Merchant ID to know for which particular child merchant the settled transaction belongs to.


Separately, for each merchant ID, monthly invoices can be downloaded.
